stay in bed....hah!

So the stay in your bed sleep training is going pretty good. I just shut her in her room yesterday for her nap and she never did sleep. But she had a great old time playing and peeing on the floor becuase she couldn't get out! So I decided it had to change to the 'stay in your bed' where I put her back time and time again if she gets out. Acutally I only put her back in her bed if she got out of her room, but I left the door wide open. Well, last night I only put her back 11 times! I was shocked! She did settle down in her chair and she told me in a loud voice so I could hear her "Mom, I'm reading a book" She finally fell asleep in the rocking chair. She was totally exausted because she had no nap, I'm not sure every night will be this easy, I can only hope. So this is the picture of how she fell asleep.

When we went back in to put her in her bed, she had moved to this position. Comfy huh! We ended up making a smooth transfer to her bed and she slept all night!!!

This is where she decided to have her nap today! Hey, it works for me. I was surprised again that I didn't have to put her back too many times. Maybe this will work after all!

This is the picture of our greenhouse! As you can see there are like 30 something tomatoes, all kinds of flowers, watermelon, and pumpkins. It's hard to see anything but the tomatoes in this picture. There is even a few sugar beets! I think Darin is in the right occupation!!

Heidi is quite the girl! She is so funny. I am glad that the new bed has not been to bad. Hopefully it will only get better and not worse. I am kind of scared for that day, when we have to put Mara in a bed. I wouldn't be surprised if Mara climbs out before though. Your plants look good! I can't wait to have a garden! Have a great weekend!!

Only 11 times.........that's nothing. Actually that seems kind of crazy. Oh Heidi, she really makes me laugh. Those pictures are hilarious. I hope she is doing better. Those are quite the plants, I'm impressed. I am sure the kids love it. You are such a great mom Tayna.
