Happy Birthday to me, other stuff

So it was my birthday yesterday. The big 33! I asked Kyle if that was old. He said, it's kinda old and kinda not. He's going to be a politician! I had a great day. Played with the kids. Went to a DARE graduation for Brandon. Talked to lots of people on the phone (thanks for the calls everyone, I love talking to you). Then went to Darin's little/big brothers H.S. Graduation. It was a wonderful day. We didn't have time to do presents before the graduation festivities, so this picture is at 10:00 at night! The kids each gave me a bread pan! Just what I wanted! So I can make 2 batches while I'm at it and I won't have to make it so often! Darin went shopping and got me a really cute new skirt and shirt. I really like it. He is so thoughtful and caring. I couldn't ask for a better husband! He even made me a cake before he went to work! He's the best.

This is a picture of Johnny! We love him so much. We get sad about him leaving and going away to College (although it's USU!!) We will miss having him come around and love/tease the kids. We will miss him riding his motorcycle all over our yard and jumping our hills. We are so proud of him, he's a great kid! Hopefully our boys can turn out like he has so far! I didn't get any pictures of graduation :(
So, during graduation it decided to get really really windy. This is what we came home too. Our back bathroom window was open and all the nice good dirt from the flower bed blew into the bathroom. Luckily the door was closed so it didn't blow freely through the house. It still did get in the house somewhat, I'm going to have to thoroughly dust, my LEAST favorite job ever. It's a mess and I'm putting off cleaning it.- Gotta love the Malta wind. Surprisingly so far the beets seem to be okay through all of it, we thought they would be wind whipped and dead. We'll know better when the wind stops, and that might be a while :)

I can't do a post without posting my allotment of 5 pictures! This was on Mother's Day. Darin stayed home from his meetings and actually drove to and from church with us. It was so wonderful! He got to see our morning routine. Tyler has such long crazy hair- just after his bath.
Darin's teaching him young how to look up the weather and sports on the internet. What a cute little bug.

Tayna, way to post so quickly! I am not doing so well lately because we keep forgetting our camera. Sorry about the dirt...UGH that is so frustrating, I was worried our house would be filled with dust coming home, because Nolan left 2 windows open, but we were lucky. I ALSO HATE DUSTING!! Happy Birthday Again, I'm glad we were able to see you.

Tayn- glad that the dirt didn't get anywhere else. Dusting is Connors job at our house, well it is supposed to be anyways. I am sure you have had a glorius day cleaning. Hope you had a good birthday! I am so excited to see you in 19 days!!

Happy belated birthday Tayna! Your family is just so cute! That's too bad about the dust--that's one of my least favorite jobs to do as well. I always try and get my kids to do it, but they never do it as thoroughly as I'd like them to. Either that, or the dust comes back faster than you can blink. :)

Happy Birthday Tayna!

I can't believe the picture of the dirt! That is really amazing that it could do that!

I love Heidi's hair do! What a cute girl and what a cute family you all are! In some of the pics she looks like Steph Olsen to me. Must be related!

You are awesome! I want to be like you someday!
