Christopher is the pine wood derby winner again! Actually they did first place in the wolf, bear and webelos den and he won the bear den. He also tied for first place over all. Amazing that a tie can happen because our ward has it very scientific and down to the exact times.
All the boys. If you all remember I am the bear leader. I have been meeting with the wolfs, but now I have 3 boys in bears finally- so I'll be meeting with just my den. Pretty exciting stuff!
Darin helped the boys put their cars on. Tyler was really into watching them. It was cute to see how excited he got when they were all up there ready to go down. Sometimes Darin would forget to let him see (because he was on his back in the back pack). He would squirm and squawk so he could see. He's such a boy.
All the kids sitting waiting for the big event to start. It's such a fun night. The next morning Kyle said, "I wish we could have the pinewood derby every day"

Oh Kyle, you are so funny. Way to go Christopher! I think that is such a fun activity, glad Tyler could even get involved. I didn't know you were in Boy Scouts, gosh I am out of it. I would have a hard time with that calling I think. Good thing you are a pro at handling boys!
