I'm a little slow with this post. We've had Birthdays to do and such.
We went to Logan for Sat night and Sunday. Mom and Dad were tending Jana and Connor's kids and we haven't seen them since Christmas so it was a perfect time to go. It was really fun.
I tried something new with the kids so they would listen to conference. It was in the Ensign so most of you probably already have read the idea. We picked a specific word each session of conference and each time the word was said the kids got a small piece of candy. It worked SOO good. Kyle is highly motivated by candy and boy was he listening! It was really fun. They did really good listening for the words, hopefully they were listening to the whole talk also. At least they were quiet so Darin and I could listen.
This is Tyler's cousins. Avery (Jana's) and Brady (Darcy's). They were both born in October.
Heidi had a blast playing with Mara. They loved dressing in Grandma's little dresses.
Thanks for the great weekend Mom and Dad! We sure love to come. I hope you are all recooperated from us!
I took Tyler to his 1 year check up today. I thought he was our biggest, but he's just like the others. He was 30 inches long and 18lbs. 15 ounces. I knew for sure he would be over 20 lbs. Nope, we grow them little. That's good though.

That's a great idea with the candy at conference. I am glad you were able to listen though! The cousin pictures are so cute, I love girly Heidi. Glad you could spend some time with family.
Looks like you guys had a fun time. We were up Friday night and Saturday. I forgot about that candy idea--I always do conference bingo and they listen really well for about the first 1 hour and 20 minutes of each session--good enough for me!
