We had a big huge wind storm back in the beginning of August. (The wind was strong enough to shell quite a bit of grain out of the heads.) The kids happened to be outside when the wind came up and LOTS of tumble weeds were blowing by. They decided to catch them. One thing led to another and I had a patio full of tumble weeds. They had a BLAST out catching them and trying to make the pile bigger. They were out there for a few hours! Talk about a fire hazard! What a fun memory.
I thought this was such a cute picture, I had to add it.

Oh man that is ridiculous. Malta definitely has the crazy crazy wind! I can't believe that pile. And Tyler looks so old and cute!

That's crazy--we lost a tree and you added a tumbleweed farm. :)
I bet those kids had so much fun, fighting the wind. I can't believe that. Fun memories. I love the picture of Tyler, I haven't seen him smile to much, so it is fun to see!
Home Sweet Home!! So fun for the kids. Sometimes I wish we could live out there and be your neighbors. So many fun things for kids to do living on the farm and the country.
I love it when the kids find fun doing things like that. So much better than sitting in front of a TV or computer.
