Two of my Sister's are having baby's in the next month or so, so we decided to do a sister's weekend before we had any extra little ones around! We got together on a Friday night and went out to eat at the Bluebird. It was fantastic food. Then we went back to Mom's house and played a few games and had a great time laughing.
In the morning Mom had a craft for us to do! Oh boy was it a craft! It was really fun. It was some Thanksgiving people. It took longer than we thought to complete it, but we had a great time doing it!
In this picture we are enjoying some soup for lunch in Mom's new room! They closed in the patio and it is a WONDERFUL addition! We all look lovely, but hey we were just crafting.

Thanks Mom for putting this all together. It was short, but so wonderful! I love my sisters...including my one SIL we all have a great time together.
While I was gone Darin took all 5 kids ICE FISHING!! I was really surprised! I didn't think he would be that brave. I guess if you want to do something bad enough you can do it! They stayed for about 8 hours! Which surprised me too! I didn't think the little ones would be good. When Tyler prays he still says "Thanks that we could go ice fishing". So I guess it was a hit. Darin is always so good to do things with the kids and make great memories with them.
They were only home about a half an hour before I got home. They caught ALOT of fish. Which is great because these kids LOVE to eat fish, and they can eat a lot of it. Because the boys gave Darin a couple fishing poles for Christmas they have gone more than they ever have. They really have a fun time. I will have to go with them sometime!

That was was a fun weekend for both parties!! Is there not a limit on how many fish you can catch in the winter?
That is a ton of fish, you guys always catch a lot. We usually leave empty handed when we go fishing!

How fun to be with your sisters. That does look like quite the craft. I love Tyler's prayer. That is so great Darin takes them....for sure great memories they will have!
Love the fishing! Wish I would have been there to eat some of. Darin's a trooper! We did have fun at my house and I'm so glad we could get together!
