Kyle is the winner!

Kyle is the winner!! He is the first one to get stitches. Heidi has had a few close calls, but Kyle beat her out.
I got a call from the school today saying Kyle had cut his chin open. He was at lunch recess and was on the teeter totter- how ever you spell it- Someone had really popped him up and he went flying forward and hit his chin on the bar. It was sliced pretty good. I took him to my EMT friend hoping she could put it back together and she didn't think she should do it. We ended up in the Dr. office. The middle was almost to the bone. He got 3 stitches inside and 4 outside. Kyle was SOOO brave, the whole time. I couldn't believe how good he was. I was so proud of him.

I thought I was going to have a nice quiet, boring (if those exist) stay at home ALL day kind of a day. You never know what your day will be like sometimes.

Poor Kyle. Way to go on being brave. I'm glad you and mom got to go see Nolan, Ashley, Thomas and Grace. I sure wish I could just drive over. She is a cutie and so is Tyler. I can't believe how big he is. Love ya

Nolan said, every boy has to have a scar right there! Man, I am so sorry, going to get stiches is no fun. I hope it heals quickly and painlessly for the little guy. Darn teeter totters.

Oh Kyle! Aren't kids so great?!?! They sure can be expensive little things. I had stitches in the same place when I was close to his age. Mom and dad were finishing the basement and I somehow fell on the concrete floor and split my chin open.

That is great that you didn't have stitches until now. Tyson got them at 2 IT is not fun. You and suzy did great going to WA and congrats to her for driving. Your babies are so cute.
Great job on all the canning

OUCH!! I guess you haven't really lived until you've broken a bone or had stitches. Hope he heals up quickly.
