Day 2

California Adventure

Our very first ride! The cool ferris wheel. We had to start out on something low key for Kyle, then work up to the big roller coasters!

The mali boomer- This is the only ride Kyle wasn't tall enough to go on in either park. He was really happy he was too short. This was really fun, after it was over :)

Another picture of a picture. The Tower of Terror. We would have liked to go on this one again, but we knew there was NO WAY Kyle was going to go on it again!

A favorite. Toy Story Mania. This ride had no fast pass so we had to stand in long lines. VERY WORTH IT! It was really fun. You shoot at amazing targets and wear the 3D glasses. Super fun.

The very last thing the boys went on was Grizzly River Run- a get wet ride. I decided to stay dry (I get grouchy when I'm cold). Cal. Adventure closed at 6:00. It seemed too early. We wet back over to Disneyland to ride a few more rides. They were wet so we didn't do too much. We went back to the Hotel by 8:30 and swam a little. We were pooped!

Our other favorite rides were California Screamin'- LOVED this roller coaster. I'm sad I didn't get any pictures. Soarin over California, amazing. It's Tough to be a Bug show and talking up close and personal with Crush from finding Nemo. Disney does amazing things with animation.

Most the boys had on their BYU shirts this day. It was very interesting to see so many BYU fans pop out of the wood work. We talked to some Utah fans too. We really felt like we had to behave really well because we were representing the church. It was pretty fun actually.

We did like Disneyland a little better though. Everything seemed a lot further apart in Cal. Adventure. The fast passes weren't as efficient and we really liked to be entertained while we were in line!
