After we had our own fabulous dinner, we met up with the neighbors/Grandma and Grandpa/cousnins, they were walking to Bethlehem like we were!! Amazing coincidence! We knocked on several doors and there was no room. We finally were finally able to find a place in the barn.
It was pretty neat to act out the nativity outside in the cold. There was a special feeling there.
Looking at Baby Jesus.
What a cute little guy!
Everyone opened jammies....and we played around a bit more.
Love the silly pose.
Then it was finally bed time! They were so excited to sleep in Christopher and Kyle's room. They all chose to sleep on the floor in sleeping bags. Funny kids! Heidi actually brought baby Jesus back from Bethlehem with us, and she made sure he was comfortable all through the night.

how fun to do the nativity outside...I remember doing that one year and thinking it was really neat. It looks like you guys had a lot of fun and I love all the kids sleeping together. I tried that the other night with Matthew and Taylor and it didn't work so well. We are working on getting Taylor in a big girl bed...fun fun. I just heard Darin had the eye surgery; I hope he gets feeling better soon. That doesn't sound like too much fun. I still haven't put up our Christmas Eve pics yet so don't feel bad. There should be a rule you have to do it before February so I better get going. Tyler is such a cutie!! Love ya
I loved all your Christmas pictures and seeing all the fun you had! We were so glad you walked to Bethleham with us. There was a special feeling there. You have lots of fun traditions! Santa was sure good to you all!
