Brandon turned 14 this year!! I don't know where the time has gone. He has been moving a hand line and doing a lot more farm work this year. He's a great helper.

Look at this lovely little guy. We don't like him so much. He killed all of our 'old' chickens. At least we think he acted a lone. There was a badger killed on the road, and a possible cougar sighting- with big tracks in our garden- It was pretty crazy for a few days at our house trying to figure out what was lurking in the darkness. Thankfully our 'new, little' chickens were locked in the coop safe and sound. We were planning on giving our 'old' chickens to a family in our ward, we were waiting for them to get their coop mink proof. Now we are back to buying eggs, and it stinks. Hopefully our new chickens will start laying this month.

He looks a lot better like this!

We had the Pehrson Reunion. It started the evening of Brandon's Birthday. He got two cakes---lucky. We camped up Porcupine dam, at Cinnamon Creek. A church camp. It was SUPER fun. Darcy and Jake did a great job planning it.

We took a nice long hike to a abandoned mine. It was adventurous and really fun.
Some of the bravest went into the mine with flashlights- notice Heidi and I didn't go. I didn't feel too bad. Tyler even went in. I think he was scared silent, because he was really good in the cave, but wouldn't stop crying when he came out!

We had to forge a the river a few times. By the end everyone was just walking right in the water. Much more fun that way.
There is always a good game going.

The hike must have worn the guys completely out!

A Sister Missionary was walking up the road and killed a rattlesnake that was headed right for our camp. It was very exciting! The best part was when Heidi and Mara carried it- (dead of course) into the tent to show Grandpa, he was asleep. He woke up in a hurry when he heard the word rattlesnake!

Cute little girls watching the boys fish.

We always have a talent show. These two always come up with something great! They didn't disappoint!

Our last day we left camp and the kids went to Grandpa and Grandma's house for Cousin Camp! Cousin Camp is really for us older kids to be able to go do something fun together- Thanks Mom and Dad! This year Darc and Jake planned for us to go to the USU ropes course. I was very nervous, but it turned out really great! We did some working together/problem solving activities first, then we did some high stuff. What a rush!

We were all ready to do the Charlie Chaplin! AKA the tight rope.

*I don't know why this picture is so small, but it will just have to do.

Each couple did one side and met up in the middle. We are going in for a good luck kiss, or maybe it was a 'if I die' kiss.

We also climbed a rock wall, then did a awesome zip line. Which scared me quite a bit. I would love to do it again, now that I know I won't die!
Thanks Jake and Darcy for a awesome/memorable reunion!
