Bithday and New Years

* Sorry to those of you who saw this post yesterday. I got some more pictures from my Sister from Promontory Point. I'm not sure why it didn't just add it to the same post, instead of making a new one. Oh well.

These pictures are not in order by date, start at the bottom and read to the top if you like that.

For New Years we decided to have a couple families over the Beyler's and the Christiansen's. I'm bummed we only got 2 pictures. We really had a fun time. The Beyler's have a family tradition of root beer floats and homemade french fries so we had that, along with some crackers and cheese, and little smokies. All those kids can really down the french fries, I bet we cooked them for over an hour! We played some minutes to win it games and then scum and signals. We ran upstairs to ring in the new year in style, then we played a little Just Dance on the wii. We really had a fun time!
Christopher, Kyle, Cort, on and Alyssa- On the couch is Carrie Sue, Jarom and Marty
For Darin's Birthday this year, I can't even remember what we did, but I'm sure it was fun. I do know we had a Christmas party that night with all his family on the Crump side that was really fun. I also remember we had blueberry pie, which is always delicious. BYU must have played their bowl game because we have our BYU shirts on.
He turned 37!! That's old!
I sure love him and appreciate all he does for me. He is so patient with me and the kids. He does a great job juggling everything between work, YM and us. I love you honey!
The Pehrson Christmas party was on the 27th this year. This was the only picture I got. We had a fun time. We played games, ate awesome food, opened presents. The adults and the biggest kids went night skiing. That was really fun. The grand kids are all really growing up.

Driving in the car.....trying to be good!
The day we went home my Sister called to see if we wanted to go with them to Promontory point. It was really cool! We saw this train go for a bit, learned more of the history. We rode a hand cranked little rail car. Watched a few educational movies about the building of the railroad. It was very interesting.
Our family minus Heidi- she didn't want to do the hand crank rail car.
