We carved pumpkins at Grandma Susy's house this year. We still had to come home and take the traditional picture on the counter.
We had a bat, a witch and a wii remote. I love that we use the same costumes over and over :) Grandma Susy came out and went trick or treating us and our cousins.
This year Christopher was to old to trick or treat. So he invited some friends over to hang out for the night. They roasted hot dogs and just played around. I think they watched a movie too.
Brandon had football practice late so he just hung out with me when he got home. It was the second time in 15 years that Darin and I haven't gone trick or treating together. It was different for me to stay home. But I had fun with the boys.
Brandon needed to finish up his family life merit badge. He needed to do a goal where he did something to help the family. So he decided to cook each of our favorite treats. This specific week I wanted pumpkin pie.......so he made it!! So delicious! He is going to make someone a great husband someday!

Fun Halloween!! Your kids are getting so big to fast. I love it, you pick the hard thing for Brandon to make. He will make a great husband, just the fact that he knows how to read a recipe.
So I am jealous your son can make pie crust. I've struggled with it for years. Maybe I'll have to come take lessons from you!
Love the pumpkins and halloween costumes. Fun party for Christo! When do I get a pie Brando! I want a pecan pie. That can be your next trial.
