Last Thursday at Brandon's track meet, Tyler fell off the bleacher. The seat hit him right across the cheek. He cried and cried for a long time. Then he finally let me give it a kiss and he was better, although he held his hand over it for a while. I didn't think his eye would go black, but it sure did. This picture is Sunday.
This is Monday. It's more black under his eye this day, he cheek looks better though.
They had played and played outside in the 70 degree weather. They even got on their swimming suits and ran in the sprinklers. The cold water didn't even phase them. They were covered in grass and sand and Tyler has just had enough. Lots of sun/no nap. Happy times!
Cute little buggers!

Ouch!! I hate it when they get hurt like that! I always feel so helpless and then so bad when it gets black.
Whew! That's a bad one. You should have a sidebar with all the accidents your family has encountered. They're some of the best looking ones for sure! I am glad it was semi warm outside. That's awesome they'll run around in sprinklers that cool. Whatever works! They seem like such good buds!
That's too bad for Tyler. With the weather being nicer, I think we'll be seeing lots more bruises. You're chicken coop looks pretty amazing. Can't wait to see it finished. You guys and mom and dad sure have some big projects going on. You're sure not afraid of work.
Where is that bubble when we need it?
I sure love those cute, little buggers! Glad Tyler didn't get hurt any worse. Love the chicken mansion!
