In March our community did a little basketball league.
They played 4 games, but it only lasted 2 weeks! It was perfect!
Heidi had a really fun time. She is really understanding the rules more, so she wanted to dribble before shooting or moving around...which often lead to the ball being stolen. We tried to get her to be a little more aggressive too, but she is starting to understand what fouls are and she knew that was against the rules also. So this year she was more timid than last year. She still had a great experience.
Kyle just really exploded this year in his skills! He was really confident and under control. It was so fun to watch him 'get' the game! One of his best friends Derek was on his team which was really fun.
His face would get soo red!
Not a good picture....but, Brandon was a ref several times. He did a great job too!

It is so fun that they can do basketball I think. That is Good Kyle picked up so much and took off! There are quite a lot of girls on Heidi's grade level, I was impressed watching them. Christopher and his contacts! Yeah! Too bad about the other, hopefully it will work itself out quickly in Boise!!
