So we have had some pretty good snow storms this winter. A few times it involved wind and snow together, which makes for SNOW DAYS!! Brandon and I had actually gone in to his final thumb appointment. It was a pretty bad day, but I didn't think it was too bad....Well, the further North I got it was pretty bad. We ended up getting stranded and not able to get home. The road by our house was closed. We ended up going around Albion hoping we could make it the 7 miles....but we couldn't. Brandon and I ended up staying at my good friends house in Malta. We had a great time with their family. It was crazy to be so close, yet so far from home. The next day I was able to go around to the freeway and home. It was like our house was in it's own little wind/snow tunnel because it wasn't too bad when you got a mile or so away from our house. It was an adventure for sure. So that afternoon in the blizzard the kids wanted to go out in it.

A few days before this big storm we went snowmobiling on the farm a little...then Nolan and Ashley got out the ski's, so of course all our kids had to try snow skiing behind the snowmobile. I think it was harder than it looked. They had fun though.

Fun Post, Kyle's car is very creative. I was shocked because doesn't he have a track record of just copying one of your other boys cars? Cute!!
For the snow storms, you really know how to bundle up those kids to keep them warm. Not a inch of skin showing! That looks fun!
